Rev. Dan began his journey with Niwot UMC on July 1, 2025.

Dan has served both local church and extension ministry contexts across annual conferences and international settings. Most recently he served with the Methodist Church in Ireland.
He enjoys accompanying others in their discipleship journey as well as building friendships and connections with people who would not find themselves in traditional church settings.
​
He and his wife, Courtney (also a UM Elder) have three children, and as a family enjoy exploring the wonders of creation wherever they find themselves.
Susan joined the staff at Niwot UMC in October of 2025.
​
Susan has been a member of NUMC since 1975. Susan was ordained as an Elder in the United Methodist Church in 2010, and spent 12 of her 15 years serving in extension ministry as a Hospice Chaplain.
She has served in several positions while at NUMC including Choir Director, Sunday School leader, and has periodically preached while the pastor is away.
She is also serving as our Choir Director.

Rev. Courtney began her pastoral journey with Niwot UMC in November 2025.
Rev. Courtney comes to this ministry role with experience working with churches in different settings both in the United States and abroad. She is a pastor and minister today because of the inspirational youth leaders and the faith connection at her home church, Chagrin Falls UMC (Chagrin Falls, Ohio).
She is a trained middle school math and science teacher, high school cross country and track coach, missionary with Global Ministries, creation justice advocate, mother of three incredible kids and married to her best friend (partner in ministry, Dan).
She is passionate about the journey of faith that is discipleship in Jesus Christ. She believes that church offers connection and community that reflects God's love and grace. She relies on the strength of the Holy Spirit to direct and to encourage.
She is excited to serve alongside the people of Niwot UMC.

Pat Koh
Pat has been the accompanist at Niwot United Methodist Church for 30 years. Her music brings such joy to all who hear it and her contribution to our worship service is invaluable!
